Sacred Rest and Restore
I need to rest, reset, and feel safe in my body again.
A deeply restorative experience designed to support nervous system regulation, emotional release, and inner calm.
This is a space to slow down — fully.
To soften tension, quiet overstimulation, and allow the body to shift out of survival mode.
Each session is intuitively guided and may include:
- Guided meditation
- Reiki and Angelic Reiki
- Sound healing
This is not something you need to do or achieve.
It is a space where your system is supported to settle, restore, and come back into balance.
Soul Guidance Session
I need clarity, direction, and to understand what I’m feeling.
A reflective and intuitive space for when life feels uncertain, emotionally complex, or in transition.
These sessions help you step back from the noise and reconnect with your own inner knowing.
Through a blend of therapeutic presence and intuitive insight, we explore what is present beneath the surface and what is asking to be seen more clearly.
This may include:
- Tarot as a reflective tool
- Intuitive guidance
- Therapeutic-style exploration and dialogue
This is not about prediction.
It is about perspective, meaning, and reconnecting with your own inner clarity.
